MUSI RAWAS,Jurnalindependen — PT Musi Lestari Makmur (MLM) benar-benar ketiban sial. Gara-gara karyawan bernama Sukri ditangkap aparat Polres Mura, karena diduga terlibat dalam tindak pidana pencurian disertai kekerasan (Curas) PT MLM langsung didemo keluarga tersangka.
Puluhan keluarga tersangka, Jumat (5/12) sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB melakukan aksi demonstrasi di perusahaan tersebut. Kedatangan mereka karena tidak senang sebab saat ditangkap pelaku sedang bekerja. Puluhan keluarga tersangka dengan penuh amarah mendatangi perusahaan tersebut untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban atas ditangkapnya tersangka yang masih merupakan karyawan PT MLM.
Informasi dilapangan, menyebutkan puluhan kendaraan roda dua serta roda 4 mendatangi perusahaan PT MLM, dengan gerak cepat massa langsung menutup pintu gerbang. Massa langsung mencari manager perusahaan tersebut. Pencarian sampai ke tempat tinggal para karyawan (Mes). Karena manager tidak ditemukan, massa mengamuk dan menghancurkan sejumlah alat-alat yang berada di dalam Mess itu.
Sebelum manager disandera, aparat dan masyarakat sudah sigap langsung menyelamatkan manager perusahaan itu Karena sudah mengetahui gerak-gerik dari puluhan keluarga tersangka yang mendatangi PT MLM.
Walaupun ada Camat, Pemangku Adat dan perangkat desa massa terus melakukan perusakan. Padahal kedatangan perangkat desa dan pemangku adat serta Camat Tuah Negeri untuk berkoordinasi supaya permasalahan yang ada bisa dimusyawarahkan dengan cara duduk bersama.
“Kakak ku itu tidak bersalah, sebab ditangkap sedang begawe (bekerja) jadi tanggungjawab pihak perusahaan,” teriak R salah satu adik kandung tersangka.
Untuk itu Ia meminta kepada pihak perusahaan untuk bertanggungjawab atas kakaknya yang telah diringkus pihak polsek Muara kelingi.
“Jangan keluar dulu eho day (keluar dulu) pak Andi tuh, (Manager PT MLM) sebelum kakak ku dilepas polisi,” pintanya.
Sementara Kapolres Mura AKBP Nurhadi Handayani, mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya telah bersiaga dan selain menurunkan anggota Polres Mura, Polsek Muara Kelinggi, Polsek Muara Beliti, dan juga anggota brimob untuk menjaga situasi dan kondisi.
“Kita telah menurunkan sedikitnya 150 personil untuk mengantisipasi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan,” katanya.
Perwira berpangkat melati dua ini menjelaskan bahwa pihaknya akan terus melakukan pendekatan persuasif terhadap keluarga pelaku curas. Tetapi pihaknya juga tidak segan-segan mengambil tindakan jika keluarga korban bertindak nekat dan arogan.
“Kita akan tindak tegas jika melakukan tindakan yang salah. Karena kita bertugas untuk menjaga keamanan,” pungkasnya.(One)
