LUBUKLINGGAU – Diketahui bahwa Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) bidang Pertanian yang dikucurkan pemerintah pusat ke Kota Lubuklinggau, Sumsel sebesar Rp 3.000.550.000,-
Dari anggaran tersebut daerah dapat memilih satu atau beberapa kegiatan yang menjadi prioritas dan kebijakan daerah sesuai dengan ketersediaan pagu anggaran.
Setidaknya ada empat kegiatan pembangunan di bidang pertanian yang menjadi target DAK tahun 2013 ini. Empat kegiatan tersebut diantaranya : (1) Pengembangan prasarana dan sarana air, (2) Pengembangan prasarana dan sarana lahan dan (3) Pembangunan/rehabilitasi/renovasi Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kecamatan (BPPK) dan penyediaan sarana penyuluhan, serta (4) Pembangunan Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat.
Kepala Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Perkebunan dan Kehutanan (DTPPK) Kota Lubuklinggau saat ditemui sedang tidak berada di kantornya. Sedangkan Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Tanaman Pangan, A Ariefin saat ditanya wartawan, Sabtu (08/06/2013) pukul 10.05 WIB mengenai kegiatan yang menjadi prioritas DAK di Kota Lubuklinggau, menjawab belum mengetahuinya.
“Saya belum mengetahui kegiatan prioritas DAK Pertanian disini, tapi sepertinya kegiatan yang berasal dari DAK belum dimulai. Coba tanya pada Sekretaris atau Kabid Program karena mereka yang lebih mengetahui, kami sendiri baru saja menjabat sebagai Kabid Tanaman Pangan sejak Sabtu (01/06/2013) lalu,” katanya.
Ia juga mengatakan dari empat kegiatan yang menjadi prioritas DAK 2013 tidak semuanya di DTPPK, seperti Lumbung Pangan Masyarakat mungkin dikerjakan oleh Kantor Ketahanan Pangan dan Pembangunan/rehabilitasi/renovasi Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian di Kecamatan (BPPK) dan penyediaan sarana penyuluhan dikerjakan oleh Balai Penyuluh. Sedangkan kegiatan Pengembangan prasarana dan sarana air, Pengembangan prasarana dan sarana lahan bisa saja dikerjakan DTPPK.(*)
