PALEMBANG – Selama lima hari menjalani perawatan medis, Bisan Azhari (43), narapidana (Napi) Lapas Merah Mata Palembang, menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya di ruang ICU RSMH Palembang.
Bisan Azhari meninggal dunia pada Selasa (20/3/2018) sekira pukul 21.30 WIB.
Tak terima atas kematian Bisan Azhari yang dinilai tak wajar, pihak keluarga pun melaporkannya ke SPKT Mapolda Sumsel, Rabu (21/3/2018).
Sebelumnya napi kasus narkoba ini dirawat di RSMH Palembang sejak Rabu (15/3/2018) lalu.
Almarhum dirawat medis, lantaran kondisinya kritis atau sekarat yang diduga dianiaya di dalam Lapas Merah Mata Palembang.
“Saya tidak terima, karena suami saya dianiaya yang akhirnya meningga dunia.
Selama seminggu dirawat, suami saya tidak sadarkan diri,” ujar Holijah istri almarhum usai melapor ke SPKT Mapolda Sumsel.
Dalam laporannya kepada petugas, Holijah melaporkan oknum sipir Lapas Merah Mata berinisial JN.
Karena diketahui suaminya diduga dianiaya di dalam lapas oleh terlapor JN.
Namun belum diketahui apa penyebab sehingga terjadinya penganiayaan tersebut.
“Sebelumnya itu suami saya ini sempat telpon, katanya minta transfer duit karena ada hutang sama JN.
Tapi setelah itu saya dapat kabar, suami saya sudah sekarat dengan kondisi luka di kepala dan juga luka disekujur tubuhnya,” ujar Holijah.
Begitu juga diceritakan Nani, kakak almarhum yang mendampingi Holijah melapor.
Menurut Nani (50), adiknya telah dianiaya dan disiksa oleh penjaga lapas.
Penyebab terjadinya penyiksaan, kemungkinan karena narkoba.
Memang Bisan Azhari pernah bercerita bahwa memiliki hutang karena narkoba.
Almarhum Bisan meninggal dunia karena pendarahan otak di kepalanya.
Pihak keluarga pun meminta petugas untuk melakukan visum.
“Saya tidak tahu masalah hutang apa sehingga adik saya dipukuli.
Namun ada yang bilang karena hutang narkoba, tapi saya tidak tahu kepastiannya.
Kami dari keluarga meminta keadilan. Karena adik saya meninggal dunia dengan kondisi darah membeku di otak kepalanya,” ujar Nani.
Diketahui Bisan Azhari merupakan napi atau warga binaan yang menjalani hukuman pidana selama enam tahun kurungan penjara atas kasus narkoba.
